Meet Kevin...
I bought my first “real” camera in 2008, just before my daughter was born, with one simple goal: to capture our growing family. From there, I developed a passion for photography which led me to study at the New York Institute of Photography.
As a stay at home dad, I spent many hours on the sidelines of my kids activities taking pictures of them doing their things. It was here that I discovered my true calling: action sports photography.
I started off as a dad with a camera and have grown into a professional youth sports photographer in Winnipeg, learning and refining my craft.
In 2025, I founded Prairie Giant Photography to serve local families with high-quality, affordable sports photography.
Today, I specialize in capturing game-day action photos for kids, freezing those intense, emotional moments that parents want to remember forever. My goal is to help you preserve this incredible chapter of your child’s life through powerful, authentic images.
